Ginger Beer Flavour

Post by Head first »

Beermaker's ginger beer ready for bottling, but a little weak on the ginger flavour side. ANy ideas on how to boost the ginger flavour at this stage?
Thanks

I would leave it alone or see if you can find some ginger extract.

I don't recommend adding raw ginger at this point.

Actually Tyrone

It isn't as bad idea, there is little infection you can get, especially if it is peeled, the pulp is about 99 percent sterile.

My issue is that there is no control over how much ginger you get after putting a chunk in and for how long. Thats why people have issues with their pepper beers

You made a good call
