Extract question

Post by Mr H »

My local health food store is selling liquid extract by the pound weight. I was wondering has anyone else used such extract and do you think there are any problems using it, as it is cheaper that buying from my homebrew shop. I was thinking of using a couple of pounds of it to bulk up my brew. :?:

It will ferment although there will be a bit of a twang to it,
