Ive noticed that virtually all the ginger beer extracts have artificial flavours in them.Do you know of any with sugar as the major flavouring in them?

No, I don't. But if you do a search you'll find some recipes for brewing your own ginger beer from the ground up with ginger, malt extract, etc.

Also seen some recipes where you add real ginger root to the kit - just do a search
