Malt Shovel Lager

Hi
Put down a Malt Shovel Lager
a lower temp's(1 can)
Bottled and tryed today (approx 4-5 week's old)
Tastes like apricot beer(yuk)
Is this a flavour profile or have i stuffed up something
any feedback appreciated.

what size fermentor do you have?? how much water did you add. the malt shovle kits are made to go in their 11.5Lt fermentors. otherwise it could just be the can (never done one meself)

Interestingly, I brewed a Malt Shovel Pale Ale (No.51 at http://www.homebrewandbeer.com/ourhomebrews.html) and it also had a taste and smell of stone fruit.

Hi
I used a 25ltr fermenter and maybe this
contributed to the of flavours
out of the 53 brew's I have made
only 3 have had prob's
and i think it was mainly higher temp ranges
I wil try another ,just for piece of mind in my smaller
fermenter.
