Will be a bit of a delay in me sending brews but have a few earmarked for postage, an Earle's S&W, Mild Amber and if I get time to brew it there will be another ale.

Hey BB, stocks are getting low, but here is what I have....

Subterranean Homesick Ale (attempted SNPA), BIAB APA, 5.6%, Amarillo and Cascade. Sent one to Earle after the last draw, and he didn't hate it....

Vasodilator Stout (attempted Coopers Stout), K&B from 20 months ago, 5.3%. Perhaps a bit thin, but tastes the way I like stout to taste.

OR, if you want to hang on a bit, I have all the kit together for a BIAB Dr Smurto's Golden Ale, which I will knock out when I have a minute or two. Should be ready to send by mid May, and ready to drink (if not completely clear yet) by the end of May.

What would you like?
Currently drinking: BIAB DrS GA, BIAB Californian lager, doppelbock of sorts

Opened Sonny's Scharls lager yesterday. An excellent refreshing drop. Lovely aroma and hop aftertaste. Very drinkable and could have gone more but only one in the box Sonny :( .
Good gas on opening, poured well with good head retention. Thanks.

Very pleased that it was enjoyed Barrelboy!
The Scharls is discontinued now, but beefed up a bit turned out to be a nice drop.

Finally managed to unpack my box of beers bottled for lottos. I ended up shifting quite a few cartons of brew from the Whitsundays to Toowoomba with only one casualty.

barrelboy, the choices are
Golden Ale
my Black Sheep clone
Weizen (partial)
Belgian Brown

The weizen is a current favourite of mine but I will need to get brewing.

Love to sample your Black Sheep clone thanks Earle.

Ps. I hate unpacking, sympathy to the Earle household.

Ah, since everyone else is doing I'll offer you choices, afterall it's a democracy, not a dictatorship.

1. Stubby of an oak aged imperial stout, 12 months in a keg with oak, almost 12 months in the bottle.
2. 750 mL of rauchbier (smoked lager), yet to be bottled but has been lagering for >3months.
3. A nice fresh mild, 750mL 3.5% with very subtle amounts of EKG and cascade. The plus is you'll end up with WY1469 as the yeast at the bottom of the bottle. Also, yet to be bottled.
