Gday all, Just a quick question from a newbie. I have been reading over the old forums and explains how to get the reading for alcahol %. But i didnt take a SG reading when i first mixed up, Is there any other way i can still find out the alcahol%.

Thanks Guys, yes it is definatly a summer beer, but with our great weather warming up, verry much looking forward to sinking a few on a nice relaxing arvo.

Where should i store while fermenting i have it covered in a cupboard in the garage, it is temping at about 20 - 22 degrees will this be ok. I am a little unsure how to read my hydrometer, it starts in the top at 1.000 ...
