Don't worry too much about the lack of bubles from your airlock, my brews seem to always stop bubling after a couple of days, but fermentation is still taking place.
Did you take an OG reading, if so what was it?
I'd give it a few more days and if hydro readings aren't coming down, grab another ...

I once tried to open a bottle of Crown Lager (Crown seal) with my teeth. Ended up with broken glass in my mouth and a chip out of my tooth. Luckily a fresh beer washed all the glass out, and I was fine, but I still have the chip in my tooth to remind of how dumb that was!

Ah yes, seen that happen ...

I'm down with that KEG, I thought the AA was sublime, but I haven't tried the Golden for a while so I can't comment. Maybe I'll have to take you up on that offer steve, see what all the fuss is about.

Never been a big spirits drinker, is it just me or does it seem to bring out angry little rednecks in those who are normally pretty placid people?
Seriously, not having a go, I've seen some people do strange things on spirits who normally handle beer really well.

Hey Eric, you're on the money, little creatures beers are awesome, you should be stoked for them. I'm yet to try the whole range yet but the Pale Ale, Bright Ale and Rogers are all top notch, hell it even makes me proud I was born there, even if I did leave at the ripe ol age of 2.

A bottle shop near me has 6 packs of the entire Squire range on special for $15.95, I bought the Amber Ale a few days ago, and it was awesome, but after reading this I immediately regret my decision! Let's hope they're still on special.

Spit or Swallow

Now that I have your attention.
Thought it was interesting how much people's taste in beer varies.
Seen lots of posts about beers you all love, what about the ones you hate?
Is it a commercial beer, or your mates first homebrew attempt?
What's the worst beer you've had and if it was the only beer ...

Cheers guys, sounds like I have nothing to worry about.
I wonder if everyone stressed out about their brews when they were first starting out? Pretty excited about this one actually, it's the Mountain Goat hightail clone a picked up from the forum

Pellet Hops problem?

I recently used pellet hops for the first time and just threw them in after flameout.
Didn't really give it much thought at the time, but should I have put them in something to stop them floating around in my wort or will they eventually sink to the bottom.
I plan on leaving in primary for ...
