Redback Wheat Beer - Your kidding!!!
Well after viewing this site and reading a few books on brewing, I noticed that there was a few good things said about wheat beer. YOUR KIDDING. I tried the REDBACK WHEAT BEER and do not rate it at all.
Does anyone else agree?
Can anyone recommend a better wheat beer?

FRIDGE MATE
They don't have to be hard wired to the fridge freezer. You get a 3 metre extension cord and cut it in half wire it to the unit along with the temperature prode that is included and then for safety reasons install it into a box that you can pick up at Dick Smiths or Jay Car.

Shagger,
A bit late, but if you are getting beer in the gas line, the keg is over carbonated. The pressure in the keg is higher than the pressure in the gas line.
When you pour the beer all you are getting is froth then the beer looks flat, I did exactly the same thing when I started kegging, it's ...

Today I set up my kep system. I have a 300 litre centrex chest freezer set up with a mashmaster fridgemate set at 2 degrees. Coming out through the lid I have 2 beer hoses connected to a twin faucet. looks great. all i need now is a drip tray and a bar mat.

Hi,
I have not long got back from Tassie and whilst there I did a tour of the BOAG's brewery. The BOAG'S HONEY PORTER (just finished a six pack myself) is limited release because it is made with LEATHERWOOD HONEY and the LEATHERWOOD HONEY is seasonal. If you go to Tassie the brewery is well worth ...
