Post by danthebeerman »

After 10 days making the Boag's Premium, the FG was 1.012 and the t-bag had split. when putting it into the keg there was a few floaties.

any suggestions?
do i go ahead and gas it and try it or am i wasting my time?
THINKING IS THE HARDEST WORK THERE IS. THAT IS WHY SO FEW PEOPLE ENGAGE IN IT!

Gas it. The floaties will settle out with time.

you need to filter out the hop pellets, they will sink & then get drawn up your diptube, which will most likely then get blocked.

Good point about the blocking Ross :)
Would this be a concern if there's only a small amount of floaties?

Only needs a few bits to block a diptube, but there again he could be lucky... keep 'em crossed... :)
