I had a fiddle with beersmith and this is what i came up with
18 litre boil

Hop Schedule for golden ale

Hi guys i am about to make a golden style ale not a clone of anything in particular
i have two tins of morgans dark malt and two of light malt and 2 kilos of dex im trying to take the guesswork
out of what goes into the kits by just using lme and doing my own hopping.

Hi scanman you might be able to rig your own glycol system up using the freezer section but 4 metres is pretty long i would think that it with the speed it would need to be pumped around it would eventually defrost the freezer and be useless and warm up your fridge and kegs. Have you guys seen the 500gm ozito co2 bottles in bunnings for inflating tyres and things like that i think they are $74 to buy and 14 to exchange so its basicaly twice the gas of a soda stream bottle for around the same price i get a gas and dispence per 50 litre keg from one bottle which takes ...

I had one of these the other night ive had monteiths radler aswell to me they taste like an extra dry with a squeeze of morning fresh! They joined the only two other beers i couldnt force down, tooheys pils and bud. Why isnt there a vomiting emoticon :?: :!:

When you get yourself a still to make your scotch and ginger beer you could use the condenser as a wort chiller they turn steam into luke warm liquid so i would say it would have the capacity.

A 25 litre still around $350 a 25 litre wash at 15% you should get 3.75ltrs of 80% alcohol with wastage watered down to 40% 7.5 litres = 10 bottles x 32 =$320 easily make your money back by second batch :!:

Hey guys thinking of doing a brew similar to a Jamison rasberry ale
next but not a clone really i was thinking of doing

2 tins of Morgans golden saaz pilsner
1 kg ldme or 1.5 lme
1 kg dex
3 kgs steeped and mashed rasberrys into primary
Dry hop 30-40g nelson sauvin or more saaz in secondary
