Hot weather, dead yeast?
HI Guys,
Just had some very hot weather here in syd 36c + , and think it may have killed my yeast. my 3 brews(2 are small and experimental) i have on have no bubbles and a what looks like a pretty dense yeast cake sitting on the bottom. my SG is stuck at 1012 and OG was 1038.
