Ultra
Used as an aroma hop in ale, lager, pilsner and wheat beers, and for late hopping ales. A recent strain that is a cross between Hallertau Mittelfrueh and a Saaz clone. It has a nice, strong floral aroma and a hint of spice, similar to Saaz. It is a well regarded hop, with some Saaz-like qualities and aromatic properties similar to Hallertauer.
