Sterling

Used in US ales, German-style lagers and pilsners. Sterling is a Northwest hop developed with more than 50 per cent Czech Saaz. It is a very delicate hop with lots of noble character, but with a higher alpha than many other noble hops such as Saaz or Mittlefruh. It has a herbal, spicy, pleasant aroma, with a hint of floral and citrus.
