AG brewing on utube.

Hey HB'ers,

I watched this utube video series on all grain brewing,

its fairly condensed, and gives a nice oversight on what the basic steps are.

Is there any reason not to make my screen tubes in the mash tun out of plastic tube like this guy ?
Seems a simple / cheap idea, and simple to pull apart for thorough cleaning.

I've gotten a bit motivated watching the video series, now thinking seriously about going AG.

Going to TWOC in Perth this Sunday, Roy's doing an AG demo day.

The PVC would be fine I think. The other option (and what I've done) is to use the stainless steel hose braid from a toilet water supply hose, like this guy:

Possibly even easier than the PVC.
