Where have all my bubbles gone

After about 10 days my beer brew looks almost flat in the test tube ,there where bubbles at day 7, S.G. is now 1008 is this normal 
Once the primary fermentation has finished, the CO2 will continue to leave the solution, and therefore make your test samples seem flat.
Not a problem though, afterall you don't need to worry about carbonation until you bottle/keg.
