Depends on the yeast but 20C is a safe bet. If it was a can kit yeast then 18C might be better.

Yeah 20C is your best bet then, best of luck with it!

You will be pleased, this is my personal favorite ;)

If I may ask what exactly are you going to be doing for this brew?

I am aiming at 24C. I think it would make it fruitier which suit wheat beer.

Looks good, dextrose isn't right for this style but that amount should not be greatly noticed. Best of luck ;)

Depends how much you like wheat beers, personally if I wasn't going to mash grains I would ditch the dextrose and second addition of corn syrup. I would use 500g of LLME rather than 100g or just go the full kilo of wheat malt. The brewiser kit is a majority of wheat malt but no one knows how much is really in there, so the full kilo might be a bit of overkill for you I don't know.

If it were me doing the brew I would go as follows (provided I was not doing a mash)

Brewiser kit
1 KG wheat malt
100g maltodextrine
wheat yeast

20g Tettnang @60 min
10g Saaz @10 min
10g Goldings dry hop for the last 3 days
15 grams Sweet Orange zest (mandarine fresh skin zest only!) @5min
30g corriander @5min

I would use a 4L boil and half of the wheat malt, add the remaning ingredients at flame out, top up with cold water and pitch yeast @25C.

I will be doing a very similar recipe tomorrow with the same Brewiser kit but I will mash grains rather than use the malt extract and corn syrup.
