Does anyone know how to make a LaBatts Blue? It's been a while since I drank this one so I can't even remember the taste

Use 7 pounds of Briess Pilsen LME instead of the 10 pounds of Pilsen malt. Hops would need to be adjusted (increased) if you boil a lesser volume.
