have used coopers before a good ale, but this says its an australian bitter the brand is brewmakers

Not sure, new to this all myself.
Most tin yeasts should say in the directions under the lid, they seem to mostly say between 18C and 30C but better to keep it at 18C to 20C.

yeh said the same but i want to use the correct yeast it makes a better tasting beer i stopped using the can yeast last year and the taste is excellent and if you ferment at the right temp you can make lager in winter at the lower temp
