Great for boiling up malt extract and hops. I have used mine for about 2 years and it's still looks like new.

Thanks for the tip.If you know a Chef you may be able to borrow a solid stainless pot for the night ;most of us use them as they spread the heat better

I am yet to have a chef lend me a 7 gallon brew pot. They are very propriatary about their tools
