Ive downloaded Home Brew Log V2 from http://www.djsoftware.co.nz/
It is shareware but only $15US if you decide to keep using it.
It seems adequate for my needs. Might just have to buy it.

I use a database file, which is really a pair of glorified spreadsheets since I've long forgotten how to make forms and macros with MS Access and OpenOffice Base

Only just started brewing, I just write down the stuff I used in back of the beer kit can's labels. :)

I should start serious log now, and store them well, since I have stepped up to 3 kegs now. 8)

I think it's good to keep a record.
A couple of times of tasted something different, went back to the log and said"arrrhh 30min hop boil that's where the extra bitterness comes from"
Even small things like alcohol precentage or how many bottles I've "mis-placed" are on my logsheet

I use an exel sheet as a master record, and 3 fully automated word docs as the detailed info.

One is ingredients, one is procedure, and one is for results and evaluation.

I use a blog. One section for recipes, another for brews. Makes it easy to link to for other ppl.

So it appears it has!
I use a little green notebook which contains the recipes, tasting notes and the code I put on the brew lids...

I'm off to look at these new-fangled internets thingoes you blokes have listed...maybe I can move into the computer age too?

See this one, can I edit (i.e. fill in the blanks) and then save these forms to my computer?

Nah once it's in PDF it's hard to do anything with

You'd have to draw up a table in excel or something
