I use a TempMate on my fermentation fridge.
Well worth the investment.

Doc, that one is a lot cheaper. two things I wonder about though.
- It doesn't have an earth.
- It only seems to be rated to 10A where a tempmate is rated to 20A. What do fridges and heat belts need?
