first thing i did was contact a vehical/accident lawyer if im still sore ill go to a doctor and pyhsio after 7 days.
This is your chance at the big money, so really bung it on. At the very least, I`d be hiring a wheelchair and turning up at the lawyers in that. Don`t waste your time hiring crutches, they don`t have the same visual effect

I know you are probably only dicking around, but just drop it!
Get everything you can out of them-they`re the parasites.

Council settled for $10,000.
Did he complain the next year when his Council rates went up?
I agree with R.Mangay, if you are not hurt get on with your life and stop looking for a freebie. This will reduce the costs for everybody, and leave sufficent $$ for the genuine cases
Lawyers? Couldn`t agree more.
But for anyone to think Ins.companies will reduce policy costs because there`s been a fall in claims is all a bit naive.
Anyway, it was a joke. Why so fired up over it?
It seems that recently there has been an increasing amount of abuse etc. on this forum, and generally it appears to be from those who contribute the least, until a contraversial (and non-beer related) topic comes up and then it's all guns blazing.
I would suggest that this type of discussion is better left to a chat room, but failing that, the general discussion area (not the making beer section).
