I only use dry yeast.

Recently, I started using yeast nutrient and seriously aerating my wort.

I know that several experienced brewers reckon I am wasting my time, etc and I respect that, but I reckon I am getting quicker (less) lag with my yeast and more vigorous ferments with vigorous aeration and muchos nutrient before pitching...
No Mash Tun. No Chill.

No confirmed fatalities.
