That's generally done for the more obscure domains.
But many spammers use Gmail or Hotmail addresses.
The largest volume of spam registrations had been coming from @yahoo.co.uk addresses (we're talking more than a dozen a week), so unfortunately that email address is now banned.
Wouldn't it be ironic if we purchased ammo from the guy flogging it in the 'General Discussion' forum, and then used it to hunt down him and other spammers? Well, it wouldn't actually be irony, but I can't think of the correct word.
