Postby wedge » Wednesday Feb 16, 2005 11:35 am

Hi everyone, i am trying out this recipe below, just wondering, if i should be using both sachets of yeast supplied as am basically just doubling the kit beers quanties? ie, one can of MS Wheat Beer comes with 10g of german wheat yeast to make up 11.5L. should i use 20g of the yeast to be making 23L
Cheers, Wedge

Yeh

I would use them both, I just did an orange fermentation and things got a little funky with the orange oil from the peel. I was happy I had a good aggressive fermentation going. Everything looks awesome and it has cleared nicely. Will be kegging it by weekend,
