after reading your instructions on yeast culturing, & a few longnecks of coopers pale ale , i thought i'd give it a go.. 2 days in & there was a slight krausen & tiny bit of airlock action (i used a longneck bottle with a rubber bung & airlock) everything looks like its working.. albeit slowly - the malts nice & cloudy etc.. but apon tasting it its still sickly sweet (after 4 days).. is this normal? should i pitch it or leave it abit longer?
