Jack, you mentioned trolls. Until that post, I don't think I've EVER seen a troll on here...
No I realised that it was a different Chris...I never thought you would be that immature to post stuff like that & you & I have never had an issue!
It just seems strange that he signed up etc all just to post that rubbish...im future, I think just ignoring the problem til it goes away is the best solution!

I think locking this topic down is in the best interest for everyone, this doesnt appear to be very constructive or beer related.

Give up brewing? Did you even start? The only posts you have made are personal attacks on other people. Try making beer- it's quite fun. Then you have a reason to post on a beermaking forum.

I was only pointing out that I had been an active part of this forum for quite a while, and I didn't want people to confuse you with me. I assume you are the troll from the Grumpy's site. Aren't you the clever little 14 year old. You can troll on TWO sites. If you ask mummy REALLY nicely, she may buy you a fermenter.

And if you are trying to get support for a change of moderator, it isn't a great idea to piss off people who could potentially support you.

Jack, as much as I loath moderation in general, let's lose this person. There hasn't been one single beer-related post.

Mate I have already brought this clown to Ollys attention but I havent heard from him & I dont have the access to remove him from the site...the only thing we can do is ignore this little minion & it will get bored & eventually go away!
Im sorry to the people who have had to endure this rubbish so lets hope we can all get back to what we came here for to begin with before all this went down!....cheers fellas.
Im gonna lock this down as I dont see this being constructive.

I have unlocked this topic due to the request from another member as I am not wanting to 'piss' anyone off...this was originally locked as there was a huge deteriation of the content of this topic.

make a decision and stick with it jack!
oh yeah...and having the last say before locking a thread makes you look childish.

For the record I don't know either of these lads, am not taking sides but by crikey I like a decent argument!

Wow JaCk I'm impressed  maybe i misjudged you. This thread started without any content. What did it have to do with "Making Beer" in the 1st place?

Chris, I do own a fermenter. 3 actually.... (Your Mum bought them for me - I had to earn them though :P ) & i guarantee they've seen more use than yours.

how many 'lawns' did you have to mow to 'earn' those fermenters chris? maybe you can come around my house and 'cut my grass'!

or...you could keep your internet-stalking to the forum at which it started...unless you care to be a bit more constructive with your insults, in which case, you nuts young man!

Hey thanks for the welcome Shaneo  Can i drink your beer while I'm "cutting your grass"? it's thirsty work you know.

I wouldn't call it stalking. More like furthering my beer education  or subscribing to some trashy magazine... :? i havent figured out which one yet. Either way, point taken, I will try to be a little bit more constructive with my insults :D

Shaz, I'm not sure whether Chris. (with a full stop) is a troll or not- he has made a few other decent posts.
But I wouldn't be encouraging him.

Hey Chris. (with a full stop), if you read elsewhere you will see that today is the day for people to put up or shut up. Your call.
Salut!
