Hey mate,
in your other thread I remember you said you like american pales and IPA's ?
There are heaps of options to go for with hops for this style.
just a few;
simcoe, cascade, chinook, centennial, mosaic, citra, I could go on for a while. These are the ones I use regularly.
If you stick to the 3 kg of extract you used in your last brew, maybe even add some specialty grains, but as pogierob suggested get some brewing software to help plan your brew. It makes life easier, the beer better and you can calculate your IBU's and ABV.
ALso, make sure you use good yeast !!
