You'd be lagering by placing the container out in the yard at Mt Torrens. :D
Does the water still freeze in the pipes?

No frozen pipes yet this winter but I do use the back verandah as an esky! Fire has been on since late April

OMG! I think the good doctor has won with a no. 32 and the 3rd ball drawn.
Earle, am I correct?

If so Dr Smurto needs to send his address to each of us, and that's a hardy congratulations from me.

Right so that means we all receive a beer from the Dr doesn't it? That is how this comp works right?

Congratulations, however this is also a win for those that entered.

Ummmm, results from Tatts.com.au show the balls drawn as 40 37 30 33 32 8 which would mean that emnpaul has won. What do you reckon Sonny? We're going to have enough results controversy with the olympics coming up.

Wow, I can't believe it. I logged on Sunday night when I got back from picking up a POR rhizome and having a couple of brews at the top pub at Morpeth (which now brews on premises) to discover that Dr Smurto had had a long awaited and much deserved win in the beer lotto. Wait for the PM I think and move on.

Then...Woo Hoo. It's me. :D

Comiserations Dr. Smurto. Surely your number will come up soon.

PM's on the way people.

Gee, looks like a ride to Morpeth is on.

I like Morpeth, it brings a man back to the reality in life.

Wasn't a bad beer or three at Morpeth and will get better as he's only been brewing since April. If you want to make the most of your trip the Bitter And Twisted Beer Festival Is On at Maitland Gaol on 3rd and 4th of November. Should be good.

Could Paul be actually hinting upon a Sydney and Novocastrian type "Homebrew & Beer Get together"???

Haha. No actually, the thought hadn't occurred to me. I was hinting that whilst the beer at the top pub at Morpeth was pretty good it might not be worth a special trip all the way from sydney. On the other hand if what the guys at work have said about Bitter and Twisted is accurate, then that would be worth the trip.

Now that you've gone and suggested it I'd be up for a HB&B get together. Yeah.

I don't normally give the winner a choice so you must be special Paul.

Got an APA or a Munich Dunkel that I added some roast barley and it could be more a Porter.

Choose carefully because I have to drink the one you reject.

Umm. I'll go the APA if you don't mind.

I reckon the Dunkel/Porter, or should that be Porkel, would go down pretty well on a Wonthaggi winters day, so drinking it shouldn't be too much of a problem.
