You've peaked my interest, because i always liked the look of their 2 row lager!!!!!
of course my friend here it is
malt shovel two row lager
light liquid malt extract 1.5 kg
hallertau hops 25g
saaz hops 15g
and saflager yeast x2
final volume 21 litres
the process i use is to boil the hallertau hops (rolling boil) for 20 minutes
bring saaz to boil and simmer for 2 mins then turn off and rest for 10 mins
meanwhile boiling all other ingredients (cept yeast obviously) for 15 mins,
strain hops in when done and add 10 litres of cold water to fermenter, add hot gear and top up to 21 litres, pitch both yeasts and sit back and crack a cold one
