I tried this recently, and decided I really enjoyed the drier style. I wouldn't mind attempting something close to this.

I think I remember reading hersbruker on the bottle - either way I'd be very happy using it for flavour.

Would the grain be something along the lines of 100% pilsener malt mashed at a low temp?
Any suggestions on a yeast for a "Scottish lager" ? OR should I just try to make a dry ale?
