Just a quick note for kit brewers. I have been drinking my Canadian Blonde over Easter and I must say that it has become one awesome brew. This I just threw down to keep the wifey happy and at 4 months of age it is better than anything I have dreamt up.
1 x tin, BE2 + 500g LDME, all from BigW. Pitched at 24Deg and with an Alc% of 5.5.
It is very yummy!

Now I just need to think of how I can make it even better and really stuff it all up. hehe

Could not agree more Sonny. I've done two lots now per that recipe, let age 3 to 6 months - loverly simply made drop. I'm going to brew a couple over winter for easy drinking over summer.
Cheers BB
