I want to know if i can just rinse out my keg when it's finished and just rack straight into it? Do i need to add some No Rinse? i would think it would be ok coming out of the fridge and theres not much sediment on the bottom.

I wash it out, then soak it and the lines with some keg-cleaner. This'll eat up any deposits that might have built up. Then I rinse with water, put in some idophor, run this through the lines, then some water, then rack into it.

Better to be safe than sorry Magoo, i do a similar thing to rwh, wash them then steralise before i fill, always have one handy to whack some line cleaner in, add a bit of gas and bring through the lines and let it sit in there for a few hours before rinsing with fresh water, like i said better safe than sorry, i no 1 guy who just keeps filling the kegs after cleaning and steralising but never cleans his lines and he reckons he has no probs but he is also the only guy i no who does this
Cheers

If the beer hasn't been on tap too long & I've got a similar beer to follow, i often just refill the keg without a rinse or anything 8)

I often just fill up the keg without steralising it.

When its empty its full of co2 so I just quickly rinse out the yeast thats settled in the bottom and fill it back up.

Ive got a keg that I use just for line cleaning and do this every second sunday, but im unsure of how often it needs to be done.

Ive never had any problems so I assume im doing the right thing.
