Now a question for anyone thats done a similar cider... i started off (using ingredients mentioned in 'Toxic Cider' post) with a nice clear mix... now it's gone cloudy, is this just the process of fermentation or have i gotten something wrong? it's aslo developed an almost sour taste (which i dont mind... it actually still taste pretty damn good) is this to also normal???
I never said i didn't like kids, I just can't eat a whole one

For brewers who make their first cider, they are often suprised by how it is not very sweet. If you want it dry, leave as is. If you want to sweeten it, add lactose.

the sweetness isn't the issue... apart from the slight sourness it's just right for my taste
here is the
original post for ingredients...
so does anyone know why it's cloudy???
