Put this down last night.

1kg x 2 row british pale malt
250g x crystal malt
250g x belgian aromatic

45 Mins
1.5kg coopers LME
200g DME
500ml candy sugar
28g POR

12Mins
28gm POR

5 minutes
14g POR

3 packets coopers dry yeast (rehydrated)

Put some irish moss but in hindsight probably should have left it out for that cloudy effect.

Will carb with caster sugar.

Chinook will completely dominate the POR and take it far away from a coopers sparkling.

That aside, it looks like it will be a nice beer.

Yeah I agree but did not have quite enough POR to do the job

I will adjust to make it more authentic.
