Got a bit carried away one the weekendmight have had a couple too many) and used whatever I could find....

Anyone got a clue as to what I will end up with ??????

Coopers Lager 1.7kg tin
500g Liq Light Malt
500g Liq Dark Malt
400g Dextrose
400g Maltodex
100g Yellow Box Honey
100g Demerara Sugar
100g Strawberry Jam
12g Goldings lightly boiled for 15 minutes

Used the Coopers yeast OG: 1060 Pitched at 20c

Was really rocking along the next day.

The strawberry jam is probably the only thing I would've definitely left out.

Well...with that amount of fermentables, you wont be driving anywhere...
After to many of these you will be kissing the carpet

Thought I might post a comment re this bitza brew.... mummy is converted to the "dark" side and says I have to do another the same. Came out a treat. Smooth, not too hoppy and very morish.
