My brew is not an exact copy of TL's excellent recipe, as I modified it to suit my stock of malts and hops. Anyway, here's my BeerSmith recipe. Definitely on the to do again list before long.

Cheers

Thanks Neil.
I can't say how it compares to the real SNPA, as I've never had the pleasure of consuming one of those. I wasn't trying to clone anything in particular. TL's SNPA recipe was the first AG I brewed, and I wanted another go at it, but had to modify it to brew with what I had in stock.
All I can say is that it is a lot more complex than LCPA, JSAA, JSGA, or our local brew Wicked Elf PA.
The last addition of Cascade was at flameout. I didn't dry hop this one at all, but it still has a very recognisable Cascade aroma and flavour.

A nice little hop bomb for a pale.(west coast pale) one day I may try to brew some, but since I buy it all the time I spend most of my brew time making beers that I cant get here in the U.S.A. funny how that works. time to go brew some more British Ales.
