I need a little guidence here. :roll:

Does any one have any suggestions as to what would be good to add to a Dark Ale to improve it?
ie: hops, fermentables, any other adjuncts?

Gday Matty
Try300-400gms of choc malt in boil for first half hour.Adds body and flavor and anice dark color.A good hb shop will crack it for you.About $6 akilo if you buy in bulk.

Try a amber brew mix - 250g Dex, 300g Light Malt, 200g Dark Malt, 250g Maltodextrin and use a finishing hops like williamette or fuggles

Try 500g dark malt, 500g light malt and 250-500g maltodextrin.
For hops 12-25g goldings or if you can get it brewisers CL80 finshing hops.
