Seriously thinking of brewing this beers next time round. Went into Coles today to get the 'Leabrook Farms Strawberry Clover honey'. Had a look around and found a few different honeys by Leabrook but couldn't find this particular one. Whereabouts did you pick the honey from Jack?

I had the same problem. I was actually looking for Leatherwood but they had heaps of leabrook but none of Strawberry Clover (as I'm planning on trying this brew soonish). Homebrewing would be so much easier if I didn't live in a regional arse of a town. My GF suggested I try looking in health food shops for it. might give that a go.

Looks like a nice beer JS.

I finally got to bottle this last night...managed to get 28 tallies out of it & used glass instead of PET bottles.
The final result was fantastic, the colour was a nice straw colour & the taste was amazing, much better after a week of CC'ing so Im glad I took peoples advice on CC'ing!
Have 2 weeks to wait now! :(
