I'm rather new to these forums, so I'll be direct.
My mate rather likes the soapy over-commercialised dishwater that's called Toohey's pils.
His 21st is in a couple of weeks and I'd appreciate it if you all could supply some help as what I'd need to produce a similar, yet superior brew in a couple of weeks.
I have a refridgerator available to brew the beer at, yet it's just my fridge, and alas, no temperature control besides the strip alongsides my fermenter jammed inside my fridge.
Please help with the beginning, middle (meddle) and end of this brew, so I can give him something to enjoy.
I have all the materials available to someone close to a HBS (Ie, Saaz Hop pellets, liquid and dry malt extract) and I would appreciate all the help i could get.
