There are some larger peltiers on ebay, i think up to 300 odd watts. A couple of things to remember with peltiers is:
a) They can be very inefficient, meaning, you will need some large heatsinks and fan cooling on the "hot" side.
b) Some may require "pulsing" (at a high frequency) power supplies ...
