Yep a little less body and alc% but overall it will taste much the same, just for future reference if the kit says 23L then drop to 22 or even 21 for a better tasting fuller body beer :wink:
That's a good tip, and something I've been considering after the past couple of brews. Will give it a go ...

I use plain old Pine Rivers Shire (Queensland) tap water, which so far has been fine.
