Used in lager, bock, wheat beer and sometimes pilsner.
Hallertau Hersbrucker is a replacement for Hallertau Mittelfrueh. Both are delicate, flowery and spicy. Along with Saaz, Hallertau is the classic Continental European lager hop and is ideal for any lager, light or dark. It has a crisp, clean taste and is used in some milder-tasting ales.
