Anyone used this in a brew?

Short on malt so going to use some.

Normally have it on my porridge but it's going in a porter.

Among the carbohydrates, the sugar sucrose is the principal constituent of panela with a content varying between 75 and 85% dry weight. Glucose and fructose are between 6 and 15% dry weight...
Guessing it is going to ferment out pretty dry.
