Black Floaties

Hi all,
I have been storing 2 kegs at a time as my fridge only fits 2. I burp them and store them for a month or 2 until needed.
However, I have noticed these kegs seem to be pouring at the beginning and end of the keg some sort of black bits or floaties.
The beer tastes fine, I have cleaned my lines etc and it only seems to occur with these kegs I have stored.
I sanitise my equipment and kegs throughly each time. Could it be the water I'm using (tap water) or temperatures?
Has anyone else come across this and have any solution? As I said, the beer still tastes fine but it's annoying!
Cheers.
