I have just managed to pick up a couple of 1/2 price Coopers Canadian Blonde kits from the local supermarket.
Does anyone have any recipe ideas for said brew ?

Thanks

Hi 010574.
Assuming you are new to the caper of brewing i would do a forum search for mexican cervesa or corona, depends on what you like in a beer.
This can can also be a good base for a decent ale .If your into doing a small boil say 5lt with 500g of dry malt and add some hops at the start of
your boil Chinook or galena are good for mex style beers . Boil for 30 min put pot in sinkfull of water to cool down ,then into the fermentor with the can
and anoher 500g of malt mix well .Fill to 21lt . If you can control temp at 18c will be better as would using a good yeast us 05 is much better than
the one under the lid. OH and the instructions under the lid you can use for dunny paper
