Hi every one just thought I would let every one know how the good folk at Coopers are looking after me.
I bought there kit the other day after an absence from brewing for ten years and when i ripped into the box, I realised some of the bottles had been squashed in a major way by the can of lager. Emailed our friends at Coopers and they said they would post me out some replacements. Now that's service!!!

I bought a coopers pale ale kit via www as i live in Ireland and they didnt sell it here at the time. Tin came dented emailed coopers who sent me a replacement tin all the way across the world.....fair play to them as both turned out fine

Coopers get a big thumbs up from me also. I've often emailed to the address on their website, and they always come back within a day with very helpful information. Goodonya Coopers! Anna
