Just unpacking old boxes and found a homebrew kit I bought in the states 5 years ago. It is a full kit, with a bag of malt, un-cracked grain and 2 bags of hops. 1oz willamette, 2oz Liberty, sealed bags. Now lets assume they are at least 6 years old, since they are dried, can they still be used?

I would dump the whole lot myself, but if you are a gambler and all looks and smells alright, have a go.
