Fermentability of malt

My mind has gone blank.
What persentage of malt is fermentable is it 95%. I can't remember.

Malts differ, depending on what malt we are talking about.
Also, malts change somewhat from season to season, or batch to batch.
Which malt are you asking about?

If you mean malt extract... then tell me if it is liquid or dry... and what yeast you are using to ferment. I can then calculate an approximate fermentability for you.

Talking about LDME and using US05 and also W34/70.

LDME will contribute 80% of its weight as fermentables. US-05 attenuates about 70% and wb 34/70 about the same from memory.
