Thanks Boys....

I am sure that there was a thread like this before but I can't find it.

Like many people here I started brewing when someone gave me a full Coopers Homebrew kit for a gift.
I knocked up the kit that came with it, lager IIRC, I stressed about keeping it warm enough (in WA!!!! ) I wrapped the fermenter in a sleeping bag, it turned out a drinkable beer and I was hooked after that.

Anyway, that was a few years ago and I know a lot more now thanks to this site. I don't post many questions, but that is because the information is usually already here if you search. I remember panicing when my first go with a Stella clone gave off a smell like sulphur/eggs I came straight here and found out that it just does that.
Right now I am drinking a perfectly carbonated Bright Ale clone from a keg which was giving out Ice Cream last night. Again, a quick search and I found out how to fix up the over carb problem.

So I just wanted to say thanks for sharing your knowledge and the things you pick up along the way. What did people do before the internets?

I'll certainly second the motion - thanks a million to the experts on the forum.

I also don't post a lot becasue I find most answers are here already if you search.

Cheers gents,
